Flared dress & bloomer set. The dress has a lined bodice and finished seams. Double flutter sleeves and full flared skirt. Velcro back closure. The bloomers have a ruffle attached to hemmed bottom with elastic waistline. Bloomers coordinate with bodice of dress.
