Party Skirt Set

2 piece skirt set with front over lapping ruffle on top piece. Top is short sleeve with 2 straps across the back and decorative buttons and snap closure on strap ends. Lined bodice wit finished seams. Skirt has a top and bottom layer. Each layer has double ruffles. Elastic waistband and seams also finished on skirt. Footwear sold separately .
